Fair Deal Engineers is tucked away at No. 66 in Ram Sarup Colony, which is in the Mujessar area near Sector 24 in Faridabad. It’s an industrial neighborhood where everyone is trying to make something. Our shop isn't hard to find once you're on the right street, but it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking. We’ve got a decent-sized space where we keep our machines. Most of the time, the floor is covered in metal shavings and we’re all wearing our old work clothes. We do a lot of general engineering work. People come to us when they need a specific part fixed or something custom made. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website; most people just hear about us from someone else in the colony. The rhythm of the day is pretty steady. We start with tea, check what needs to be finished, and then the machines start running. It can get loud, especially when the grinders are going. We’ve had some of the same guys working here for a decade. We know our equipment and we know how to handle the materials. It’s a practical way to make a living. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we can fix it, we will. If it’s going to take a week, we tell you it’ll take a week. That’s just how we operate in Mujessar, focusing on the metal and the machines every day.
