Elxire Bpo

We are located over at House No. 915 in Sector 8, Faridabad. It is a pretty standard setup here. Most days start with everyone getting in around the same time and checking the systems. It gets a bit loud when all the headsets are on and people are talking at once, but that is just how a BPO works. We have been in this part of Haryana for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential around us, so it stays relatively quiet outside compared to the main roads. Inside, though, there is always something going on with the computers or the internet. We spend a lot of time sitting at desks and going through lists. Sometimes the power acts up like it does in Faridabad, but we have backups for that. It isn't a huge flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular house converted into a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or take a short rickshaw ride to get here. We keep a water cooler in the corner and a small area for lunch breaks. It’s just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly and making sure the data or the calls are handled correctly before the day ends. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings every hour. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to stay productive until it is time to go home.
