We operate out of Plot No 13/14 in Sector 25, right here in Ballabgarh. The railway station is quite close, so we hear the trains going by all day long. This place is all about steel. We move a lot of heavy material in and out of the yard for Elite Steel Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going. We aren't some big corporate office in a skyscraper; we’re down here on the ground where the actual work happens. The guys in the yard know their way around the stacks of metal, and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It gets dusty, and in the summer, the steel gets really hot to the touch. We’ve been in this sector for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the name sounding fancy, we’re just a bunch of regular people working with metal. We don't have a lot of time for meetings or fancy presentations. If someone needs steel, they come to the gate and talk to us. We check the stock and get it loaded up. It’s a straightforward business model without any extra fluff. The rhythm of the work follows the trains and the truck schedules near the station. It’s a solid way to make a living, and we’re used to the noise and the heavy lifting.
