We have been operating out of P No-82, Sec-24 for quite some time now. Making industrial rolls isn’t the most glamorous job in the world, but it is what we know how to do. Durochrom Rolls Mfg Co India Pvt Ltd started out pretty small and we haven't changed that much over the years. The workshop gets really hot, especially during the peak of summer when the machines have been running all day. Our equipment is older, but it still gets the job done correctly. People come to us looking for very specific sizes and finishes for their rolls. Sometimes we have to tell them it will take a week or two because we are backed up. It is just the way things go in this industrial sector. We aren't a big fancy corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It is mostly just grease, metal shavings, and hard work. My father started this business and now a few of us keep it going. We handle the manufacturing and some repair work too. Some days are much busier than others, and you might see us taking a tea break outside the main gate around four o'clock. Sector 24 has changed a lot with more traffic and new buildings popping up. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders finished on time. We don't spend money on big ads. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. That is just life here.
