Dss Pvt Ltd, Okhla Ph-Ii, New Delhi

We have two locations that keep us moving back and forth quite a bit. Our main work happens in Okhla Phase-II in New Delhi, but we also have the office at House Number 216 in Sector 28, Faridabad. Dss Pvt Ltd is mostly about managing projects and keeping things moving. It can be a bit of a juggle going between Delhi and Faridabad, especially with the traffic on the roads these days. The Okhla side is more industrial and fast-paced, while the Faridabad house is a bit quieter for when we need to focus on the paperwork. We aren’t a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group that just knows how to get things done. We deal with a lot of different vendors and clients, so the phones are always ringing. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes from meetings. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been operating this way for a while and it seems to work for us. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to stay organized amidst all the chaos of the city. We keep extra pens around just in case.
