Dreams Merchant (Recruiter & Consultant)

Dreams Merchant is tucked away in 1F/21, NIT Faridabad. If you know the Haryana area, you know NIT can be a bit crowded, but it’s a good place to be. We act as recruiters and consultants, which basically means we spend all day talking to people. Some are looking for work and others are looking for staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting across from people in our small office. We don't use those big fancy words that some agencies use. We just try to see if a person fits a job. It’s not always easy. People are complicated. Sometimes we have a lot of luck and other times it takes weeks to find the right match. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the people coming through the door. Faridabad is full of people trying to make their way, and we’re just part of that. We don't promise anyone the world. We just look at what we have and try to make it work. It’s a simple setup. If you’re around NIT, you might have seen our sign. It’s nothing fancy, just us doing what we do every single day to get people hired.
