Domino'S Pizza

Our shop is over in Sector 21 C, part of the Urban Estate 143 area. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We spend our days stretching dough and making sure the sauce is spread evenly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the neighborhood fed. We have a few tables for people who want to eat here, but most of our business goes out the front door in a bag. The ovens are the heart of the place, and they never really seem to cool down. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles to keep up with the heat from the back, so it can get a bit warm during the summer months. We’ve got a whiteboard in the back where we keep track of the daily tasks, though it’s usually covered in smudges and old notes. The staff here is a good group; we mostly just joke around when it’s slow and work hard when the orders start piling up. We’re right in the middle of Sector 21 C, so we get a lot of locals who just walk over from their houses. We don’t do anything fancy, just standard pizza and sides. It’s about getting the work done and making sure we don't mix up the toppings. It’s a simple life in a busy kitchen, and we’re okay with that. We just focus on the next order.
