Domino'S Pizza

We are based at H.No-394/35 in Ashoka Enclave-3 over in Faridabad. This is where we spend our days and nights making pizzas and getting them out to the people living nearby. The kitchen is usually a bit of a mess with flour everywhere and the smell of oregano in the air. We have a small crew here in 121003 and we all know each other’s habits by now. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The ovens stay hot all day and we have to keep an eye on the timers so nothing gets burnt. When the dinner rush hits, it’s a bit of a madhouse with the phones ringing and the delivery drivers running in and out. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just stretch the dough, put on the toppings, and box it up. Sometimes the traffic in Faridabad makes it hard for the guys to get back on time, which can be a bit of a headache. We have a few small tables for people who want to eat here, but mostly it's just folks picking up their orders. The building itself is just a regular house number on the street. We try to keep the fridge stocked and the counters wiped down. It’s just us doing the best we can with the orders we get. It's simple work and we just focus on getting through the shift.
