Dil Se Caterers

Our kitchen and office are located at A 160 on the first floor in New Industrial Township 3, or NIT 3 as everyone calls it, here in Faridabad. Being in the industrial area means it’s always busy around here with trucks and people moving about. Dil Se Caterers is a local operation, and we’ve been in this spot for a while now. On the first floor, you can often catch the smells of whatever we’re cooking up that day. It’s not a fancy restaurant or a corporate catering hall; it’s just a place where we prep food and get ready for deliveries. NIT 3 is a gritty, hardworking part of Faridabad, and we like being right in the thick of it. We don't have any polished marketing slogans because we think the work should speak for itself. It’s just us and a few staff members making sure the pots are clean and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes it’s chaotic when a big order is going out, but we manage to get it done. The building is a bit older, but it serves our needs just fine. We spend a lot of time on our feet, and there’s always something that needs cleaning or fixing. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of life, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re just local people feeding other people in the community.
