Dheeraj Engineers

Our place is at H.No. 1512 in Sector-7E. It’s not a big factory or a high-rise office, just a solid spot where we’ve set up shop. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been at this location for years. Inside Dheeraj Engineers, it’s a bit of a mix of things. We have desks with stacks of papers and some old computers, and then there’s the area where the actual engineering stuff happens. It’s often a bit cluttered with parts and tools that someone forgot to put back in the right drawer. The lighting is okay during the day because of the big windows, but it gets a bit dim in the corners. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people can find the house number. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog comes by and sits near the door. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We do our own coffee and usually end up talking about the weather or the local cricket scores while we work. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing something that broke. We don’t use any fancy management systems. We just write things down and make sure we don’t forget what needs doing by Tuesday. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been working for us quite well for a long time now.
