We run Dhawan Developer Infrastructure Privatelimited out of Sector 37 in Gurgaon. Our office is on the first floor of Plot No 4, right behind the D.S. Dooranangpur Dairy Road. It’s an industrial sort of area, very busy with trucks and movement all the time. Being near the dairy road means it’s easy to give directions, though the traffic can be a mess sometimes. We focus on infrastructure and development around this part of town. The office isn't polished; it’s a working space where things actually get done. We’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and usually some blueprints lying around. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. Sector 37 is a good place for a business like ours because we are close to everything we need. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different crews or checking on materials. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what we do. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and try to build things properly.
