Design Well Estate House

We are tucked away in DLF City Phase I, specifically at 325 Qutab Plaza. It’s a well-known spot in the area. Our office at Design Well Estate House is pretty functional. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. Being in Phase I means we see a lot of the activity in DLF City. It's a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things calm in the office. We deal with a lot of real estate matters, mostly helping people find houses or manage their properties. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of checking on things and making sure the paperwork is right. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people like we’re neighbors, because in many cases, we are. Qutab Plaza is a good place to be because everything is nearby. We’ve been here long enough to see buildings go up and neighbors move in and out. If you’re looking for a place or need some help with estate stuff, you can just drop by. We might be on the phone or looking at a map, but we’ll always have time for a quick chat. We don't make things sound better than they are. We just tell you what the situation is and go from there. That’s just how we do things here.
