New Colony in Palwal is where our small office sits, specifically at the B-2/R address. It is a relatively quiet spot, which is really great for the kind of thinking and detailed planning we have to do every day. Being based in Distt. Palwal means we aren't constantly caught up in the madness of the bigger cities like Delhi, though we stay plenty busy with our projects. The office itself is a very straightforward place. We have our computers, our drawing boards, and we always have plenty of coffee going. We spend most of our time working through the specific details of various development projects. It is not about being trendy or following fads for us; it is just about making sure things are built correctly and work the way they should for the people using them. We have been here in New Colony long enough now that we feel like a permanent part of the street. People around here know what we do, and we often have folks just stopping by to ask a quick question about a project they are thinking of starting on their own property. We don't have a big sales pitch or a glossy brochure. We just show people the work we have already done and let that speak for itself. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. It means we can really look at every detail ourselves without having to pass things off to someone else who wasn't involved.
