We are located at Plot No 25/7 in the NIT Industrial Area of Faridabad. This part of town is all about factories and workshops, and we fit right in. Our building is a simple structure that we use for our daily operations. We’ve been here for quite some time, dealing with various industrial supplies and services. The place isn't fancy—it’s got concrete floors and high ceilings, and there’s usually some kind of industrial noise coming from the neighbors. We spend our time managing inventory and making sure orders are ready for the local businesses that buy from us. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run smoothly. The air in the industrial area can be a bit heavy, especially in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our business is done face-to-face or over the phone with people we’ve known for years. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide what our customers need for their own factories. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to deal with it. It’s just the way things go in this part of Faridabad. We’ve got a small radio that plays in the background to keep the mood light while we work on the spreadsheets and the packing.
