Deepak Dairy & Sweets

Deepak Dairy & Sweets is situated in Gurgaon Sector 56, specifically at Alankar GhS-48. We are in a spot that gets a lot of foot traffic from the nearby residential buildings. The shop is always a bit humid because we are constantly boiling milk or making fresh batches of sweets in the back. You can usually see the steam coming from the big vats. We have a glass counter where we put out the fresh khoya, paneer, and different kinds of mithai like gulab jamun and laddu. It’s a family business, and we don't really have any fancy titles. We just do whatever needs doing, whether it’s serving a customer or cleaning the floors. The morning time is the craziest because everyone wants their fresh milk and bread at the same time. We have a few small tables outside where people sometimes stand and have a quick snack or a glass of lassi. It’s not a high-end dessert shop; it’s just a place for fresh dairy and traditional sweets. We don't use any big machines to make our stuff; it’s mostly done by hand the way we’ve always done it. Sometimes we run out of the popular sweets by the evening, and that’s just how it is. We don't have a website or a delivery app, people just walk over from their flats. It’s a simple, local business.
