You can find us at Om Shubham Tower, which is right by Neelam Chowk in the NIT area. We are on the second floor, in units 231 and 232. Neelam Chowk is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We do construction and building related work. Mostly it involves a lot of planning and looking at blueprints. The office is often filled with rolls of paper and samples of materials. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Being on the second floor is nice because we can see the traffic at the chowk. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We aren't interested in being some giant corporation. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people using them. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office might be empty for a few hours during the day. If you come by and the door is locked, we are probably just down at a construction spot. We use a lot of local workers and try to keep things practical. There is no need for fancy talk when you are dealing with bricks and cement. We just get the job done and move on to the next one. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now. The tea we make here is pretty strong too.
