Dagar Properties

Dagar Properties is located out on the Palwal Rasulpur Road, in the New Colony Extension. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice most of the time. Our office is a simple building that we’ve been using for years. There isn't much to look at inside, just some tables, chairs, and a few cupboards full of property records. We spend a lot of our time driving up and down Rasulpur Road to check on different land parcels. People around here know us as the place to go if they want to talk about plots in the extension. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our news comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sign as they drive by. It’s a quiet way to work, though it gets dusty when the wind picks up across the open fields nearby. We drink a lot of chai and talk to anyone who stops in. Sometimes we’re just waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we have three people waiting to see us. We try to be honest about the land and the local rules. It’s a straightforward business. We like the New Colony Extension because it’s still growing, and there is always something new happening. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do. The sun sets pretty nice over the fields here at the end of the day.
