We are set up at the Akashneem Marg Shopping Mall Complex. It’s right near D L F City Phase-1. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking around and a bit of noise from the shops. D L F Home Developer Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans or talking to folks about new builds. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the details are right. The mall is a convenient spot for meetings because everyone knows where it is. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of us working out of this office. The area around Phase-1 has changed so much lately. We see the construction going up and the new shops opening all the time. It keeps us busy. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too cold, but it’s better than the heat outside. We handle the day-to-day tasks of home development from here. It isn't always glamorous work.
