Our office is actually over in Faridabad, at house number 414 in Inderparast Colony, even though the name mentions Gurgaon. It’s on the first floor, so you have to walk up a flight of stairs that are a bit steep. Sector 30-33 is a pretty quiet part of the city, mostly just houses and some small shops around the corners. We’ve been operating from this residential area for a while because it’s easier for us to manage things from here. The rooms are quite basic with just the essential furniture we need to get through the day. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out all our papers and laptops. It’s not a very formal environment. Most days, we are just dressed in casual clothes, and there is usually some music playing quietly in the background. The sunlight comes in through the front window in the afternoon, which makes it quite warm. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who have known each other for years. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it gets a bit loud, but it’s a nice change from a boring office building. We eat our lunch together around one of the work tables. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't focused on having a shiny office. We just need a place to sit and do the work, and this house in Faridabad does that for us.
