Our office is located at D- 3/6 in the Nhpc Residential Colony. It’s a quiet spot in Faridabad, Haryana 121010. Being inside a residential colony means Cpm India isn't surrounded by skyscrapers or busy malls. Instead, we have trees and houses around us. It makes for a pretty calm atmosphere to work in. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people who live nearby know who we are. The office itself is just a few rooms with desks and chairs. We have a small area where we keep all our records and files. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy entrance. You just come to the door and we’re right there. Cpm India is run by a small team, and we all know each other. We usually have our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use any complicated systems or have big meetings. It’s just about getting the work done every day. Faridabad is a bit slower than Delhi, and we like it that way. It gives us a chance to focus. There’s nothing really special about our setup, just a group of people in a residential colony doing their jobs every day without any fuss.
