Coalescent Human Resource

I’m writing this from our small place at House Number 133 in Nawada Colony. We are right by the Sai Gas Agency here in NIT Faridabad. Most people in the neighborhood know the spot. Coalescent Human Resource has been operating out of this part of Haryana for a while now. It’s a busy area, and we just try to keep things moving along every day. Some days are more hectic than others, especially with the traffic near the gas agency, but we make it work. We handle human resource tasks and talk to a lot of people coming in and out. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we sit and do our jobs. We’ve got a few desks and some old chairs. It feels like home because most of us live nearby anyway. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Usually, someone just walks in or calls us because they heard about us from a neighbor. That’s how things go in Faridabad. We keep the paperwork in order and try to help whoever shows up at the door. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows exactly what we want. It’s just us doing what we do. Nothing more to it. We keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. We aren't experts, just people working.
