We are based out of Sec-30 in Indraprastha Colony and we spend most of our time talking to people about jobs. Cnn India Manpower Solution sounds like a big name but we are just a small team in a local office. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking messages and seeing who is looking for work and which companies need extra hands. It’s a lot of matching faces to places and it gets pretty busy around here. The office isn't anything special to look at but it gets the job done for what we need. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors every day and everyone has their own story. Some are just starting out and others have been working for years. It is interesting to see the different skills people bring to the table. Indraprastha Colony is a decent place to be located because people can find us easily enough. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We just focus on getting people into spots where they can earn a living. It’s plain work but it feels like it matters to the folks we help. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much. The work just keeps on coming and we keep on doing it.
