Classic Industries

Classic Industries is tucked away behind the Lions Club at Nehru Ground Nit. Our specific spot is C-21C. It’s a bit of a local landmark area, so most people around here know where the Lions Club is. We aren aren’t on the main road, which is actually kind of nice because we don't get all the dust and noise. The workshop is where we spend almost all of our time. It’s got that smell of metal and machinery that you’d expect from an industrial shop. C-21C isn't a huge place, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just work. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all know how things run. It’s a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don’t bother with corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to be finished. Nehru Ground is a busy part of the city, and being behind the club gives us a little bit of a buffer. It’s an honest place. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just make things and fix things. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work shirts, probably busy with a machine. It’s a simple life but it keeps us going.
