Cafe Coffee Day

Our little spot at H.No.- 3A/ 63 in Faridabad is where Cafe Coffee Day happens every day. It’s a bit different from the big shiny ones you see in the malls. This one feels more like the neighborhood it's in. We open up early and the first thing we do is get the machines warmed up. The smell of coffee starts to fill the room, and that’s when the regulars start showing up. Some people come in for a quick cup before work, and others sit in the corner for hours with their books or laptops. We know a lot of them by name, and we know exactly how they like their drinks. The tables might have a few scratches and the chairs aren't the newest, but it’s comfortable. We spend a lot of time cleaning up crumbs and wiping down the counter. It’s a busy life, especially in the afternoons when the students come by. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the power flickers, but we just keep going. It’s just us and the coffee, really. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s a place to sit, talk, and have a drink while the world goes by outside in Faridabad. We like being the place where people take a break from their day and just relax for a few minutes.
