C L C Estate Pvt Ltd is situated out on the Gurgaon Village Faridabad Road in the Sector 3 area of Guwalphari. We are quite close to the Provence Krishna Group buildings. This area is still developing, so there’s a lot of open land and construction sites around us. Our office is a practical space, built to handle the dusty environment of the Faridabad Road. We have some sturdy furniture and a lot of site plans spread out on the tables. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where all the new projects are happening. We spend our time managing different plots and checking on how the new estates are coming along. It’s not a quiet office; there’s usually the sound of trucks or heavy machinery nearby. We keep a stock of cold water and tea for anyone who makes the trip out to see us. We deal with a lot of land documents and government approvals. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s necessary work. We don't have any corporate slogans. We’re just a group of people working in the real estate sector, trying to keep track of all the growth in Guwalphari. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to spend the day.
