BMT GRINDER

We are over at Sector 59, Plot No 26. It’s a pretty standard industrial area where everyone is busy making things. Our building is just a concrete block like most of the others around here, nothing special to look at. Inside, we have our grinding machines set up in a row. They make a lot of noise when they are running, so you have to talk pretty loud to be heard over the hum. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The floor is always covered in tiny metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep up at the end of the day. It’s just part of the grinding job. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to visit. If you want to see what we do, you just come onto the shop floor and look at the work in progress. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for a long time and know the machines. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team to handle things. We just do the grinding work that people bring to us. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them with greasy hands. It’s frustrating, but that’s life in a machine shop. We eat our lunch together in the small break area we carved out in the back corner. It’s nothing special, just a table and some chairs. We aren't looking to become some massive company.
