Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd is located in the Sector 24 Mall, specifically at Sector-20A on Mathura Road, Nh-2 Ef-3. Being inside a mall means it is almost always busy with people who are out shopping. We have a large space with different counters for sweets, snacks, and full meals. The staff is always moving, especially during the big festivals when everyone is buying boxes of sweets to give to their families. The noise from the mall usually spills inside, so it can get pretty loud and hectic in here. We have people waiting in line for chaat or standing around for their food trays. The kitchen is always a busy place with steam and big pots going all the time. We try to keep the tables clear, but as soon as someone leaves, a new group of people sits down. It takes a lot of effort to keep the display cases full of fresh sweets throughout the day. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. Some just want a quick bite while others are here for a big family dinner. The commute to the Nh-2 can be long for some of us, but we get here early to start the prep. We have been a part of this area for a while now. It’s not a quiet place to have a meal, but it’s full of energy. We just keep working and serving the food as fast as we can.
