Bhumi Infratech

Bhumi Infratech is based out of House Number 2054 in the NIT area of Faridabad. We are right near the AD Senior Secondary School in Sector 50, so we hear the school bell go off a few times a day. Using a house as an office keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We work on various infrastructure and building projects around the city. It involves a lot of site visits, so half the time the office is empty while we are out looking at plots or checking on construction progress. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a big table for looking at blueprints. It’s not a very polished place; there are usually rolls of paper everywhere and some dust from the latest site visit. We know this part of Faridabad very well because we’ve lived and worked here for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state; we just want to do decent work on the projects we take on. Our team is small, mostly just a few engineers and some office staff to handle the billing and phone calls. Sometimes we have clients come over and we just sit in the living room area to discuss things. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business without all the unnecessary bells and whistles you see elsewhere. It suits us and the kind of work we do.
