Bhavya Estates

We have been sitting in this corner of Qutab Plaza for quite a while now. If you know DLF City Phase I, you know it can get pretty busy around here, especially during the morning rush. Our office at number 10 isn't anything too special to look at, but it gets the job done. Most of our days are spent talking to people who are looking to move into the area or maybe find a small office space nearby. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some of the old shops are gone and new ones have come up, but the plaza still feels the same. People often wander in just to ask where the nearest bank is or to check if we know about any open parking spots. We don't mind. It’s part of being a local business. We mostly handle the residential side of things, helping folks figure out the paperwork which can be a real pain if you aren't used to it. There’s no big team here, just a couple of us who know the streets and the buildings by heart. We don't really do the whole fancy brochures thing because things move too fast for that. You just come in, tell us what you need, and we see what’s in the notebook. It’s a simple way to work, but it seems to suit the people around here just fine. It can be a little dusty in the plaza sometimes, but it's home to us.
