Bawa Properties

Working in DLF City Phase III, especially in the U-Block, is always interesting. Our place is at U-16/83, right in the middle of all the action. If you’ve been around Phase 3, you know how these streets are—always something happening, people moving in for work, others leaving for better spots. We started Bawa Properties because there was a need for someone who actually knows which buildings are good and which ones have leaky pipes. We don’t use those big fancy words or try to sell you something you don't need. It’s mostly just sitting down with a notebook and figuring out what someone can actually afford. The area has grown so fast, with new floors being built every week it seems. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one lane to another. It gets tiring, especially in the summer heat, but that’s the job. Our office is small, but it’s easy to find. We deal with a lot of young folks working in the nearby offices who just need a decent room or a flat. Sometimes the landlords are tough to deal with, but we handle that part so the tenants don't have to. It’s just practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people have a roof over their heads without getting cheated or paying too much for a place that isn't worth it.
