B G Estates is located at Shop No 150, right on Ismailpur Road in the Jaitpur Extension Part 1 area of Badarpur. It’s in A Block, which isn't hard to find once you get onto the main road. We’ve been working out of this shop for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to worry about that. It’s a local business through and through. We know the families around here and which buildings have good water and which ones don’t. We don’t do big fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just a conversation over a cup of tea about what you need. Badarpur is a crowded place and finding a decent spot can be tricky. We try to keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in notebooks. We don't use many fancy apps or anything like that. Just honest talk and local connections. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but we keep the door open anyway. If you are looking for something in Jaitpur, stop by.
