Ava Properties

Our office is located at Sco 76 in the Huda Shopping Complex, right here in Sector 40. We are up on the first floor, so you have to walk past the shops on the ground level to find us. Ava Properties has been in this spot for a while now. The shopping complex is always humming with people doing their errands, which makes it a lively place to work. We have a modest space with a few desks and a small seating area for visitors. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical office where we handle our property business. Most days we are busy sorting through local listings or dealing with rental agreements. Being in Sector 40 is convenient because everything is close by. We know many of the other shop owners in the Huda complex, and we often grab tea together in the afternoon. We don’t use any big slogans; we just help people find homes or shops in this part of town. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it’s a quiet spot once you get inside. We keep our files organized and try to stay updated on what’s happening in the local market. It’s a steady pace of work and we like the community feel of the shopping center.
