Atul and Kuldeep started this construction company together, and you can find us at A-2558 on the first floor in Green Field Colony, Faridabad. It’s a front-facing spot, so we get a good view of what’s going on in the colony. We are basically a two-man operation at the top, supported by our crew of workers who do the heavy lifting. Living and working in Faridabad means we see the same people every day at the local shops. We don't have a big corporate office because we’d rather spend that money on better equipment or making sure our workers are paid on time. Construction is a tough business, and there are always surprises once you start digging or breaking down walls. Atul usually handles the site visits while Kuldeep stays back to manage the accounts and the suppliers, but we swap roles whenever it's needed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana. We just want to do a good job on the houses and buildings we work on here in Green Field Colony and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go sideways, but we always stick around to fix them. Our office is just a place to keep the files and meet clients for a quick chat about their projects. We’ve been at it for a while and we know how to handle the local paperwork and the labor.
