We’ve got our operations split between two spots, one in Sector 7 at IMT Manesar and another over at Jawahar Colony. It keeps us pretty busy moving between the two locations. Manesar is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens at Plot 60. It’s a huge industrial hub, so there’s always something going on. Our other spot at Plot 661/19 in Jawahar Colony feels a bit different, maybe a bit more like a traditional workshop. We’ve been running Ate Engineers for a while now, and we’ve learned that the best way to keep things going is just to stay focused on the tasks at hand. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the machines are calibrated properly. The crew is a mix of people from the local area and some who travel a bit further. We aren't much for small talk in the office; we’d rather be out where the actual work is happening. It gets pretty loud with the sound of cutting and grinding, but that’s a good sound to us. It means we’re getting orders out. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or shipping, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. We just do our best to stay on schedule and keep moving forward every single week.
