Ashok Dairy

You can find Ashok Dairy over by Air Force More in the NIT area of Faridabad City. Specifically, we are located in Capda Colony. It is a very lively part of the New Industrial Township. Like most other dairies, our work starts while most people are still in bed. We handle the daily supply of milk, paneer, and other basic dairy items that people need. The area around Air Force More is always moving with people heading to their jobs in the factories nearby. We get a lot of workers stopping by for a quick bag of curd or some milk before they start their long shifts. The shop is small and it can get quite crowded when several people show up at the same time. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just white tiles and metal cans. We spend a lot of our time cleaning up because milk spills happen all the time. Some days are a bit harder than others, especially if the delivery is late or the weather is too hot. We just deal with it as it comes. People in Capda Colony know our face and know we are here. We don't bother with any marketing or big signs. We just focus on keeping the fridge running and making sure the milk is fresh for the morning tea. It is a simple life and we have been here for a good while now.
