ARPS Buildcon Private Limited is tucked away in Shop Number 235 on the second floor of Shubham Plaza. If you know Sector 16 in Faridabad, you know it can get pretty crowded around SCO 90-91 during the afternoons. Getting up to the second floor is my daily exercise, and the office there is where all the planning and phone calls happen. Faridabad is a busy place, and being in the middle of a plaza means there is always noise from the street and the other shops nearby. We do a lot of buildcon work, mostly just coordinating different projects and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. It’s a small space, filled with files and a couple of old chairs for when people come by to talk about their requirements. The 121002 area is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it most days. I wouldn't say it’s a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and it pays the bills. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we take the stairs. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We’ve been at this for a while now, just working out of this shop and trying to stay on top of the local projects. It is honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. We are just here in Sector 16 doing the job and helping out where we can.
