Finding us at A.R. Softwares Pvt. Ltd. can be a bit of a trick if you don’t know the Dabua Colony area in Faridabad. We’re tucked away near the Ara Machine on 27-Foot Road, right inside the Sharma Supplier building at DC 1605. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We do software work, which sounds a bit out of place next to machine shops, but it works for us. Our team isn’t massive. We are just a group of people who enjoy working on computers and solving problems. The office is pretty basic with just enough chairs and desks for everyone. We have our fair share of tangled cables and empty tea cups lying around by the end of the day. Faridabad isn't exactly a tech hub like some other cities, but being here in Haryana means we are close to our roots. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. We just write the code and make sure the programs run like they should. Sometimes things break and we have to stay late to fix them, but that's just the job. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We're just a local business trying to do honest work in a busy part of the city. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the noise from the road, but inside, we’re just focusing on our screens.
