Ansal Properties & Industry Ltd

Our office is situated in Palam Corporate Plaza, specifically at 1513 in K Block of Palam Vihar. It’s a big building, but once you get up to our floor, it’s just a regular workspace with people trying to get things done. We handle the Ansal Properties and Industry side of things from here. It’s mostly paperwork, dealing with property titles, and talking to folks who are looking to invest or find a place to live in this area. Palam Vihar has changed quite a bit over the years, and being in K Block puts us right in the middle of it. We don’t go for any of that high-pressure sales talk. We’d rather just show you the files and let you see the site for yourself. The air conditioning in the building is sometimes a bit too cold, so we usually have sweaters on even in the summer. It’s a funny little detail, but that’s life in a big plaza like this. We spend our days answering emails and taking people out to look at various plots or buildings. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk about the local news, while other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. It’s just the nature of the property business. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available and what the costs are going to be. No hidden stuff, just plain talk across a desk. It's a bit of a trek to get here sometimes, but we are always around during business hours.
