Our steel service center is located at A-22, near Chungi Number 17 in Faridabad. We are right across from the street where Gopal Hotel is, in Dabua Colony. It is an industrial kind of area, which makes sense because steel is heavy and loud. The yard is usually full of metal sheets and rods, and there is almost always the sound of something being moved or cut. It is not a clean place—you are definitely going to get some grease on your hands if you stay too long. We have been operating out of this spot in the NIT area for quite some time now. People come to us when they need specific cuts of steel for their projects. We do not have a fancy office; it is mostly just a desk in the corner of the warehouse where we keep the records. We work hard, and the days are long, especially when the weather in Faridabad gets really hot. There is no air conditioning out in the yard, so we just deal with it. We are not trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a local service center that knows how to handle steel. Most of our customers are from nearby workshops or construction sites. We keep things simple: they tell us what they need, we get it ready, and they pick it up. It is straightforward, physical work that keeps us busy from dawn to dusk every day.
