Alles Spice

Alles Spice is tucked away in the Sector 15 area of Faridabad, covering a few spots like 15A and the blocks 18, 19, and 20. It’s a bit of a spread-out place to manage. We spend a lot of our time moving between the different sections to make sure everything is where it should be. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same faces every day. We handle a lot of spices and different food items. It’s dusty work because of the powders, and we usually end up smelling like cumin or coriander by the end of the shift. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Usually, we are just standing behind the counter or stacking bags in the back. The lighting isn't great in some parts of the shop, but we know where everything is even in the dark. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a little messy. That’s just part of the job. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just provide what the local kitchens need for their daily meals. We talk to the neighbors about the weather or the local news while we weigh out the orders. It’s a slow, steady kind of life. We don't have a big sign or bright lights. Most people just know we are here because they’ve lived here as long as we have. We just keep our heads down and work.
