Down in Sector-59 at 89, Hsidc Industrial Estate, that is where you will find Akash Packetch. It is a big industrial zone. There is always a truck idling somewhere nearby or the sound of a forklift in the distance. We work on packaging tech. It involves a lot of trial and error with different materials and sensors. The floor stays a bit dusty no matter how much we sweep it. That is just the nature of working in the industrial estate. We have a small office tucked into the corner of the warehouse area. It is mostly filled with old manuals and spare parts. We spend our time making sure the machines are cycling correctly. It is a lot of mechanical work. We do not use much fancy language here. If a gear is slipping, we say it is slipping and then we fix it. The lighting is bright fluorescent, which helps when you are looking at small parts at five in the evening. We have a small crew. Most of us have been here for many years. We know each other's habits well. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just have our work and the people who use our machines. The location in Sector-59 is good for transport, which is why we stayed. It is a plain, functional place. We show up, do the work, and make sure the systems are ready. (249 words)
