You can find us over at 5E/30, BP NH-5 in the NIT area of Faridabad. We are Abc Biryani Wala. As the name says, we are all about biryani. The kitchen gets really hot, especially when the big pots are going. There is always a smell of cardamom and cloves in the air. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a fancy dining hall with waiters in suits. It’s more of a practical place where the food is the main thing. We spend a lot of time cleaning rice and cutting onions. It’s hard work and your hands always smell like spices. The NIT area is always buzzing with people, so we see a lot of faces every day. Some people are regulars and we know their names, others are just passing through on the highway. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular stoves and big spoons. Sometimes we run out of something and someone has to run to the market quickly. That’s just how it goes here. We aren't a big chain, just this one spot in Faridabad. We like it that way.
