Glowal Technology

Glowal Technology is located on Ayodya Road, right near the Jalfa Devi Temple in Faizabad. It’s a very well-known landmark, so most people don't have any trouble finding us. We’ve been at this address for a couple of years. The area is usually quite busy, especially during festival times because of the temple nearby. We have a small setup with some computers and workspace. It isn't a high-tech lab like you might see in a big city, but it works for what we need to do here. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and helping people understand how the equipment works. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit spotty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We mostly deal with local folks who need help with various technical tasks or learning basic skills. It’s just me and a couple of others running the show. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just hops up to answer it. We like being near the temple because there is always something going on and it feels like a lively part of Faizabad. The space is a bit cramped when we have a full house, but we make it work. We just keep things practical and try to solve problems as they come up without making things too complicated. It is honest work and it keeps us connected to the people here.
