You can find us at 10/157 in the Vacim Puri Extension of Ambedkar Nagar. We’re tucked away in a residential area, so it’s pretty calm most of the time. We work on computers, networking, and all sorts of tech problems that people run into. Our workspace is filled with old monitors, half-taken-apart laptops, and more screwdrivers than I can count. It’s a bit of a mess, but there’s a system to it. People from the neighborhood often bring in their computers when they stop working or get too slow. We don't charge an arm and a leg, and we don't use confusing technical jargon when we explain what's wrong. We just fix it and send them on their way. Sometimes we’re out helping a small business set up their local network, which takes us away from the desk for a few hours. We’ve lived and worked in Ambedkar Nagar for years, so we know a lot of the families around here. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who like tinkering with electronics. We don't have a fancy storefront, just a door with our name on it. It’s quiet and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the repairs. There’s a nice park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads after staring at motherboards all afternoon. Usually, we finish up around six and head home to our own families.
