Bhartiyam

Bhartiyam is based out in Saral Radhuli here in Faizabad. It’s a bit quieter out this way compared to the main city center, which we actually like quite a bit. Being in Saral Radhuli means we get to know our neighbors pretty well. Most of the people who come to us live within walking distance or just a short cycle ride away. The building isn't very big, but it has enough room for what we do every day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone tells a cousin, and then they show up the next week. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running, fixing chairs when they break or cleaning the floors. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have any corporate bosses to answer to, just the local families who trust us with their time. The weather out here in Radhuli can be a bit much in the summer, so we have a few fans going all day long. It gets the job done. We’ve been here for a while and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. It feels right being part of this local area. We just want to provide a place where people can come and learn without any unnecessary fuss or high costs. It is simple and it works for us and the community.
