You can find us in Village Kaist, which is near Jaswant Nagar in the Etawah district. Deepak Agriindustries Llp is basically a local operation we started to help process or manage agricultural materials. Being in a village like Kaist, we are right in the middle of the farming community. It makes sense because we don't have to travel far to see what's happening in the fields. The setup is quite basic—just a place where we can manage the industrial side of the agri-business. We deal with a lot of machinery and storage issues. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of the time we are in our regular clothes, dealing with the dust and the noise. We have a small group of people working here, mostly locals from the Etawah area. We talk a lot about crop yields and how the local power supply is holding up. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which takes time. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of inventory. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the facility running and make sure the products we handle are done right. It's a quiet life here but the work is steady. We enjoy being out here away from the big city noise.
