Thind Gangsara Bio Energy Farmer Producer Company Limited is what we call our group. We are located in Khutar Spn at Balvinder Singh’s place. It is a bit of a specific address, Fazza Sing, Harnya. If you know the area, it is not hard to find. We are a producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of farmers trying to handle our own bio energy stuff. It is a bit of a gamble sometimes, working with new things like bio energy, but we are doing it anyway. Balvinder’s place is where the main stuff happens. We do not have a lot of staff, just the people who are part of the company. We talk about the crops, the waste, and how to turn it all into something useful like fuel or energy. It gets cold in the winters here and that changes how we work. The name Thind Gangsara is quite unique, and we used it for all the legal registration. We spend a lot of time just talking to people in the village. It is not a high-tech operation, mostly just us sitting around and planning. The paperwork for the government takes up a lot of time too. We just want to get things right so the farmers get their share. It is a lot of responsibility but we are just regular people from Khutar. We take it one day at a time and see how it goes. Some days are better than others.
