It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We’ve been in this layout for quite a while. Our building is practical and built for work. We don't have a lobby with fancy chairs. Mostly it’s just workspace and some desks for the paperwork. The air is often filled with the sounds of machines or trucks nearby. We are used to the dust and the heat of Coimbatore. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If a machine needs fixing or a part needs moving, we do it. It’s a hands-on kind of place.
