Hayman International

We are located on the first floor of Shree Kumaran Silver Park. It’s right across from the A.E.T School on Perundurai Road. Most people find us by looking for the school first because it is a big landmark here in Thindal. Our office at Hayman International is pretty simple. We have some desks and a lot of papers everywhere. It’s not one of those shiny buildings you see in the big cities, but it works for what we do. The stairs can be a bit steep when you are carrying boxes, but we are used to it by now. The morning traffic on Perundurai Road is always a bit of a mess, so we usually try to get in early before the school buses start blocking everything up. It’s mostly quiet during the day once the kids are in class. We do a lot of international work from here, which feels a bit strange considering how local the area feels. We talk to people from all over, but then we go outside and see the same tea stall we’ve gone to for years. It is a good mix of things. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other across the room to get things done. It’s a practical way to work without making it too complicated or high-pressure for anyone on the staff.
