If you are looking for us, we are at No. 653 on Nethaji Road. Our shop is D L M Electricals. It is a straightforward place where we keep all sorts of electrical supplies. We have wires, switches, and bulbs piled up on the shelves. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you want because there is so much stuff, but we usually know where everything is. Nethaji Road is always full of people and noise, which makes the day go by fast. We open up the shutters early and start moving things around to make space for customers. People from the neighborhood come in all the time looking for a specific fuse or a new light fixture for their house. We do not have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is just a regular shop with wooden counters and old fans blowing. The dust from the road settles on the boxes, so we spend a bit of time cleaning things off every now and then. It is a small business and we handle everything ourselves. When a delivery comes in, we have to haul the boxes through the narrow front door. It can be a lot of work when it is hot outside. We have been on this road for a good number of years and have seen many other shops come and go. But we just keep doing what we do, selling electrical parts to whoever walks in through the door.
